Returns Policy

Return of damaged/faulty/incorrect goods


If an item is damaged or faulty or there is a mistake with your order, you will be offered a full refund or exchange. This return should be made in what is deemed to be a reasonable amount of time from receipt of the item.

You will need to notify via email to info@ecolivingltd.co.uk providing your name, item description and reason for return. We will then reply with an address to mail the item back to us. EcoBrite will reimburse the postage costs to you, the customer.

Non delivered goods


Please ensure that delivery information is 100% accurate as we cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery of goods for this reason. As the customer, you will need to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from your local postal depot.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery.

If you have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We can accept returns of goods in an unused condition. Buyers will be liable for postage costs.
